If you learned Dolphins legend Dan Marino used deflated footballs would you think any less of his career? I wouldn’t. Marino, to me, would remain one of the NFL’s all-time great quarterbacks. The same privilege should apply to New England quarterback Tom Brady.
I know many Dolphins fans, and Patriots haters nationwide, don’t like to hear that, but it’s the objective truth.
Tom Brady, a four-time Super Bowl champion, is one of the all-time greats because of his talent, not deflated footballs.
What Brady did by deflating footballs is somewhat akin to a baseball player corking his bat.
