Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott will have a pre-draft visit with the Miami Dolphins on Monday and Tuesday, Elliott confirmed to ESPN.com on Friday.
It is no surprise the Dolphins are showing interest. They certainly have a need to fill after losing leading rusher Lamar Miller in free agency to the Houston Texans. Currently, 2015 fifth-round pick Jay Ajayi is the projected starter heading into the draft.
Elliott is the top player at his position and a three-down threat who could help take pressure off fifth-year quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
