The Miami Dolphins picked up their eighth victory of the season and seventh win in their last eight contests, finishing this past Sunday’s contest with a 26-23 score line over the Arizona Cardinals. The Dolphins did not finish the game, however, with quarterback Ryan Tannehill under center after a hit to the knee sent him to the sideline, then the locker room.
A day later, Tannehill and the team received good news as MRI tests came back showing the ACL was not torn and the quarterback would not need surgery. His ability to play again this year is still in question, but it at least means he will be able to take part in the offseason programs with the team and be ready for training camp.
