During his introductory press conference on Friday, new Giants GM Dave Gettleman indicated that they plan to have QB Eli Manning back next season.
“Eli and I are going to talk,” Gettleman said, per Andrew Siciliano. “If what I saw in Philadelphia was not a mirage, and I don’t believe it was, then we’ll keep moving.”
- Gettleman said that “it makes a lot of sense” for WR Odell Beckham to be a part of their long-term future and referenced a line from Ernie Accorsi: “Don’t quit on talent.
