The Miami Dolphins waived wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. on Friday, nine games into his tenure with the team.
According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Beckham and the Dolphins agreed to a mutual parting of ways with the three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver looking to join another team before the end of the season.
Beckham signed a one-year deal worth up to $8.3 million with the Dolphins in the offseason. NFL Network's Mike Garafolo noted the veteran wideout is only owed about $200,000 for the remainder of the season if a team were to put in a waiver claim on him.
