New Dolphins CB Chris Culliver not looking back at Redskins release

DAVIE, Fla. -- It's been an interesting year for new Miami Dolphins cornerback Chris Culliver.

The veteran corner signed a $32 million contract to play for the Washington Redskins in 2015. However, a torn ACL and MCL in his knee reduced his first season to just five games. While Culliver was in the process of rehabbing, an interesting chain of events led to his release in May. It started when the Carolina Panthers rescinded the franchise tag from cornerback Josh Norman, which made the Pro Bowler available.
