Looking back a year ago to June of 2018, the Miami Dolphins were off on their last vacations before training camp but the talk centered on former Dolphins defensive tackle, Ndamukong Suh.
When the Dolphins released Suh in March of 2018 they designated him a June 1st release which gave the Dolphins $17 million in cap space on June 1st. The Dolphins had made some off-season moves that didn’t have the impact the Dolphins were hoping for.
Ryan Tannehill believe it or not, had his contract restructured. That deal reduced his cap hit in 2018 but Tannehill would be traded a year later with some of his contract paid for by the Dolphins.
