After a week of Training Camp it’s apparent Jamil Douglas, Dallas Thomas, and Billy Turner are in a battle for the two offensive guard sports on the Dolphins’ offensive line.
This has become worrisome because Douglas is a rookie while Turner played in just 17 snaps in during his rookie year. Dallas Thomas gained experience last year but graded out negatively in 10 of the 11 games he registered at last 40 snaps in, via Pro Football Focus.
The group has had trouble with the Dolphins’ ferocious defensive line as expected thus far, something Mike Tannenbaum hopes becomes an asset in their development.
