DAVIE - The Miami Dolphins might be forced to use a third center during Thursday night's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Even though Mike Pouncey's aggressively rehabbing his hip injury, he continues to be held out of practice, and likely won't be cleared to play against the Bengals.
The Dolphins would like to see Pouncey practice for a week before clearing him to play in a game, especially one against a team like the Bengals, which possess a physical defensive line.
"It's one of those things where you have to really think about and talk about what's the smartest thing for us to do.
