The NFL career of Miami Dolphins linebacker Mike Hull has been up and down, and then up and then down again. This time it appears to be on the up. Hull re-signed with the Dolphins and gives Miami more depth at linebacker and helps the special teams unit.
Undrafted in 2015, Hull has been waived, re-signed to the practice squad, waived, re-signed to the practice squad, placed on IR, pulled off IR, and now with his contract having ended and facing free agency, Hull returns to the Dolphins.
In his three seasons with the Dolphins he has played in 16 game twice, 2016 and 2017, starting a total of four games.
