Now, thanks to a report made by the Miami Herald's Barry Jackson, the entire Miami Dolphins fanbase can now breathe a sigh of relief as Parker's recovery has him right on schedule to be available for the Dolphins season opener against the Washington Redskins.
James Gould - Parker's agent - said earlier this week that “everything is perfect” in Parker’s recovery from foot surgery, and despite the fact that it was unknown whether Parker would play in the preseason, it wasn't really a concern for the talented rookie.
The surgery Parker had last month was done because he began feeling discomfort in his foot, and the procedure was meant to replace a screw that had been placed into his foot back in 2014.
