It’s no secret that the Miami Dolphins lack depth at the linebacker position, and the team took a small step towards addressing that this week by signing Danny Lansanah, a journeyman linebacker out of Connecticut who is signing with his seventh team since entering the NFL in 2008.
Lansanah has spent time with the Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, Hartford Colonials and Las Vegas Locomotives (United Football League), New York Jets, and has played the past two seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was actually signed by the Dolphins is 2009, and spent the offseason with the team, but was cut before the regular season.
