Miami Dolphins tight end Jordan Cameron will miss the rest of the season due to a concussion, a league source confirmed Saturday.
Cameron had been hoping to receive positive news from a concussion specialist which would provide comfort for him, as he wanted to resume his football career.
But Cameron’s season is over and likely his tenure with the Dolphins is over.
Cameron, 28, has sustained at least three other concussions in his NFL career and he will have to heavily weigh the potential risks and rewards of attempting to resume his career at some time.
