The Miami Dolphins have made bad decisions with their second round picks over the years but that doesn’t mean they haven’t made good decisions. They just tend to get outweighed.
2001 – Chris Chambers
Chambers spent six and one-half seasons with Miami being traded to the Chargers before the trade deadline in 2007. He made one Pro Bowl while with Miami. In seven seasons, Chambers posted 5,688 yards on 405 catches with 43 touchdowns. His career after Miami lasted another three seasons but he bounced from the Chargers to the Chiefs where he finished his NFL career in 2010.
