Delmas, who has had trouble staying healthy in his six year career, missed the last few games of the 2014 season with an ACL injury suffered against the Baltimore Ravens, and has a history of knee injuries.
Part of the reason the Dolphins were able to sign the former North Miami Beach High product in 2014 was because the Detroit Lions questioned his ability to stay healthy. Those are proving to be legitimate concerns.
Delmas was carted off the field after being injured during a one-on-one drill while covering wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. (ironically, a former Dolphin).
