Robert Thomas, a four-year journeyman defensive lineman now will hit the Dolphins rotation. Signed off the Patriots PS, Thomas has played for the Redskins and the Seahawks, well, he has been on their roster. Miami makes his fourth team in two seasons.

According to Kelly, the Dolphins tried to get A.J. Francis off the Seahawks practice squad but the Seahawks promoted him to the teams 53 man roster. Miami released the Francis two weeks ago. Earlier today the Dolphins brought back Jacques McClendon to support the offensive line with Mike Pouncey ailing.
