The Miami Dolphins turned the page (again) on Monday by firing head coach Adam Gase and replacing executive vice president Mike Tannenbaum, and it was a strange moment in franchise history because normally the announcement that follows such changes are about a grand reset that will give you renewed hope for next season.

Not this time.

This time, in handing the keys of the franchise to new executive vice president Chris Grier, the Dolphins basically told you tough times are coming. So get ready.
