Miami Dolphins legally tampering with Seattle offensive lineman

The NFL's legal tampering period began at noon Monday. (I've got jokes about the illegal tampering done the past month or so, but whatever, not now.)

Anyway, the Dolphins expect to address at least one guard position during free agency and one target they've shown interest in, per a league source, is Seattle Seahawks guard J.R. Sweezy.

Sweezy, 27 next month, is a three-year starter at right guard for the Seahawks. He obviously has postseason experience. He obviously is comfortable in a zone read type offense -- some of which the Dolphins are expected to employ in 2016.
