The Miami Dolphins cut 21 players and put one on the physically unable to perform list Saturday, trimming their roster to the NFL-mandated 53 players. Here's a closer look at the final cuts:
Most significant move: Miami boosted its offensive line depth this offseason. They drafted first-round pick Laremy Tunsil and signed several veterans in Jermon Bushrod, Kraig Urbik and Sam Young. But those additions meant someone with NFL starting experience had to get cut Saturday. Those two players were Young and 2015 fourth-round pick Jamil Douglas. Young started 13 career games with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Douglas started six games as a rookie last season.
