It is way too early to know if the Miami Dolphins trade for Josh Rosen will be a good choice or a bad one but there have been plenty of bad second-round draft picks since 2000.
2003 – Eddie Moore
The Miami Dolphins did not need a linebacker when Dave Wannstedt drafted Moore in the 2nd round. They needed wide-receiver help and Wannstedt passed on Anquan Boldin to take Moore. Boldin went on to have an HoF type career while Moore lasted two seasons in Miami and the NFL. He started only 3 games of the 18 he was active for.
