Mike Judge will join the Miami Dolphins as a defensive quality control coach this year and becomes the 8th coah to join the Dolphins who have ties to the Patriots and Bill Belichick. While the Dolphins are not trying to build the Patriots in South Florida it is clear they are trying to put a team first focus in the locker room.
The addition of so many former Patriots is clearly an attempt to change the vision and dare we say, “culture” that has been Miami Dolphins football for almost two decades. Brian Flores is trying to build a team that has a focus on team unity through team first thinking.
