Mike Gesicki is a big tight-end who has the speed and body build to succeed in the NFL as a pass catching tight-end. He is built more like a receiver but has one major issue. He can’t block well and that could be a problem if the Dolphins will hope to disguise certain situations.
That is really the only area that Gesicki needs to improve in because as a pass catcher, he is fantastic.
