According to DraftDiamonds.com via Damon Talbot the Miami Dolphins are expected to sign Birmingham Iron’s Michael Dunn to contract pending a physical.
Dunn, a former Maryland Terps players graded well according to ProFootballFocus.com in college. He was a walk-on true freshman in 2012 and started 48 games for the Terps.
Earlier this week the AAF ceased operations after failing to raise $20 million to continue the league. They folded after only seven games. Players from that league are starting to see interest from NFL clubs. Dunn would be the first players from the AAF to sign with the Dolphins.
