At the NFL Combine this morning Miami Dolphins general manager Chris Grier spoke with the media and was asked about the team “tanking”. Grier assured them they are not but he did say that they are indeed rebuilding.

Grier talked about Stephen Ross and specifically about the first press conference where Ross said that Adam Gase was fired in part because he wanted to win now which many took as message that the Dolphins were not wanting to do that.
