Streeter, a 6'5" receiver with a 40 yard dash time of 4.40 seconds, has the physical potential to be an incredibly prolific deep threat with his rare combination of size and speed. Unfortunately, flaws in his fundamentals such as his route running and his burst off the line has kept him from making any significant impact on an NFL team.
Streeter was a sixth-round pick of the Ravens in 2012, but a foot injury he suffered in the preseason preseason prevented him from ever playing a snap with Baltimore. Since then, he's bounced around the league and had stints with the Bills, Buccaneers, Jaguars, and of course the Miami Dolphins.
