“Jokester,” Dolphins coach Adam Gase said.
It is true that Gase wants certain things done a certain way, and there are rules that cannot be bent. For example, be on time. And practice hard.
But one of Gase’s best attributes is how he relates to players with varied backgrounds and personalities and experience.
