Louis Delmas, one of the Dolphins starting safeties, was injured this morning during a joint practice with the Carolina Panthers.
It's all fun and game until somebody gets hurt. The Dolphins and Panthers were hoping for an injury free practice during their joint practices, which was being held today and one tomorrow.
Starting safety Louis Delmas suffered an apparent right knee injury and was carted off the practice field. This is the same knee that landed Delmas on injured reserve last season. Delmas tore his ACL in his right knee near the end of last season. The one knock on Delmas is that he has never been able to stay healthy, but he is a great personality to have in the locker room.
