Typically the release of a long-snapping NFL football player wouldn’t warrant much news but John Denney has been with the Dolphins since the 2005 season when Nick Saban signed him as an undrafted free agent. Denney beat out former long time snapper Ed Perry and has held the job since arriving in the NFL.
