Defensive linemen stick together.
Speaking on a conference call this week with the South Florida media, former Dolphin and current Jaguars defensive lineman Jared Odrick came to the defense of Ndamukong Suh, who had gone under the microscope — largely thanks to NBC — before being exonerated by the NFL.
NBC questioned whether Suh was up to his old tricks following a tackle of Washington’s Alfred Morris last week.
“If you’re going to follow him around on every single move, I think you’re going to see something,” Odrick said. “If the cameras were on me, or the focus was on me as much as it is on him, I’m sure you’d point out a few things that look kind of dirty, like, ‘Oops, my knuckles just hit his crown jewels’ or ‘Oops, my hand was wrapped around the dude’s neck for a a couple of seconds.
