Jamil Douglas adjusting well to the move to right guard

Jamil Douglas played tackle at Arizona State while he was at college, but with the Miami Dolphins he has been manning the right guard position admirably. Listed in NFL.com’s “Most Freakish Athletes in College” last year, Douglas has the tools to carve out a starting role for himself in the Dolphins offense after a successful preseason. His development has been promising for a fourth round rookie and the coaching staff has taken notice.

“He looks good in a right-handed stance; he looks comfortable.” Said head coach Joe Philbin. “There’s some adjustment [going from left to right], but it has gone well.
