Every season I've felt the Miami Dolphins had far more talent on the roster than wins produced during the Joe Philbin era.
In 2012 I believed that 7-9 Dolphins team should have been a .500 team considering how hot Miami finished the 2011 season.
In 2013 the 8-8 Dolphins were in position to make it into the playoffs, but pooped the bed in the final two games of that season, losing badly to the Bills and Jets.
And in 2014 Rex Ryan's Jets spoiled the season finale by pulling off a 37-24 unset win, which prevented the 8-8 Dolphins from producing the franchise's first winning season since 2008.
