The defending Super Bowl champions have a giant hole on their roster, and not just because the man leaving is 6-foot-8. Denver Broncos quarterback Brock Osweiler, is now former Broncos quarterback Brock Osweiler as he agrees to a free agent deal with the Houston Texans. The Broncos, who started Osweiler during the season when Peyton Manning was injured, then benched Osweiler mid-way through the season finale when he struggled, giving the ball back to Manning, will now be looking for a new quarterback after Manning retired earlier this week.
The Texans also added former Miami Dolphins running back Lamar Miller as the NFL's free agency period opened at 4pm Eastern time today.
