ESPN is the latest media outlet to rip the Dolphins offseason moves, grading the Dolphins a “D” in free agency.
But two of Miami’s division rivals didn’t turn any heads either.
The Bills and Jets were both given a “C” by a panel of ESPN Insiders — former Colts GM Bill Polian, former Eagles director of pro personnel Louis Riddick, former Tampa Bay GM Mark Dominik and NFL reporter Field Yates.
Each analyst gave every team a grade, which was then averaged.
In the AFC East, only the Patriots, who scored an “A-minus,” were praised.
