Former Miami Dolphins wide-receiver Randall “Thrill” Hill is making a charge on a different kind of hill. Capital Hill to be exact. Hill was drafted in the first round by the Miami Dolphins in 1991. He would appear in one game before being traded to the then Phoenix Cardinals. He would play four seasons in Phoenix/Arizona before rejoining the Dolphins for two seasons and finally finishing a poor NFL career in New Orleans.

Hill is now challenging Congresswoman Frederica Wilson, a leader in South Florida. She is an elected official obviously and Hill wants to unseat her in next years Democratic primary.
