MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Those who may have thought the Miami Dolphins bullying scandal would fade into the background after the retirement of offensive lineman Jonathan Martin are wrong.
Former Dolphins offensive line coach Jim Turner, who was in charge of the unit during the infamous Bullygate situation, is suing independent investigator Ted Wells, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Turner, along with trainer Kevin O’Neill, were fired by the Dolphins in February of 2014 following the release of Wells’ report on Bullygate.
