Newman was a twelve-year veteran who spent his whole career in a Miami Dolphins uniform. He started 113 of his 167 total games for the Dolphins from 1973-1984, and was used at both left and right guard.
Newman was a 4-time Pro Bowler and was a 1-time First-Team All-Pro, and was part of the 1973 Super Bowl Champion Miami Dolphins, and he was recently named one of the Top 50 Dolphins in history. We recently spoke to Newman regarding his favorite Dolphins memories.
