Sims was drafted by the Dolphins in the second round of the 1990 NFL draft, and during his eight year tenure with the Dolphins, he was made a 3-time Pro Bowler and a 2-time All-Pro. He along with former Dolphins left tackle Richmond Webb anchored the left side of the offensive line for many years.
Sims now occassionally joins the Miami Dolphins official radio show, TheFinsiders, to give analysis on the team, and he also does sideline reporting for the Miami Dolphins radio network during games.
