DAVIE (CBSMiami) – One of the Miami Dolphins newest players had a big impact on the team’s Week 1 victory over the Washington Redskins.
Tight end Jordan Cameron is hoping for a repeat performance this Sunday when Miami battles the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Cameron spoke with CBS4 Sports anchor Jim Berry on Thursday and said that some extra practice time with quarterback Ryan Tannehill has really paid off.
After a quiet preseason for the 5th year pro, Cameron proved to be a big threat in his Dolphins debut.
Time and again, he got open against the Redskins and Tannehill wisely locked in on him.
