MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The topic of Brian Flores’ class action lawsuit claiming discrimination and racist hiring practices in the NFL came up Thursday on Capitol Hill.
“There is an egregious lack of representation and opportunity for Black leaders in the NFL,” said Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Since filing his bombshell lawsuit, Flores has made the rounds, asking why a league where more than 70% of the players are Black and now has just one Black head coach.
