DAVIE, Fla. -- The Miami Dolphins (5-8) are struggling, but it has been a banner year for wide receiver Jarvis Landry. The second-year receiver is just one catch away from tying the franchise mark of 90 receptions set by O.J. McDuffie in 1998.
Landry likely will shatter that mark Sunday when the Dolphins travel to face the San Diego Chargers (3-10). He is the most targeted receiver on the team and is coming off an 11-catch performance in last week’s loss to the New York Giants.
“I was just trying to catch myself from last year,” Landry said of the record.
