The Miami Dolphins waived injured defensive tackle C.J. Mosley on Tuesday and signed defensive tackle Robert Thomas.
The Miami Dolphins made a roster move on Tuesday the team announced, waiving defensive tackle C.J. Mosley, who injured his calf in the team's Week 12 game against the New York Jets. Mosley signed this preseason with the Dolphins, re-uniting him with his former Detroit Lions teammate Ndamukong Suh. Mosley recorded seven tackles this year, appearing in all 11 games for the Dolphins.
To fill the vacant roster spot, the Dolphins signed defensive tackle Robert Thomas off the New England Patriots' practice squad.
