More from Dolphins News
The Dolphins hosted three linebackers on Wednesday including former Patriot and Bill Brandon Spikes. The Dolphins apparently are going with the less familiar Lansanah.
Lansanah began his career as an undrafted free agent by the Green Bay Packers in 2008. He spent a small portion of 2009 with the Dolphins and Lions on their off-season rosters before leaving the NFL for the UFL.
In 2013, Lansanah joined the New York Jets practice squad but eventually was signed off the squad by the Buccaneers. In his three seasons with Tampa, Lansanah has started 22 games with 11 of those coming during the 2015 season.
