The two main jobs of an NFL tight end are to catch passes in the middle of the field and blocking defensive ends and linebackers so they don’t kill your quarterback. This off-season, Miami has been unable to find a player that can do either consistently.
Jordan Cameron
The 6-yr pro has only shown rare flashes of the player Miami thought they were getting when they signed him away from Cleveland in 2015. At 6’5″/265lbs, Cameron should be a major seam/red zone target and has the build to be a very good blocker. He has done neither well in Miami.
