It has been an interesting couple months for Miami Dolphins backup tight end MarQueis Gray.
Gray was on the roster bubble this summer, unsure if he would make the team. Entering Week 7, Gray is in line to become Miami’s starting tight end when the team takes the field Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.
Starting tight end Jordan Cameron and backup Dion Sims have concussions, putting both players’ status in question. Cameron has missed the past three games, and Sims suffered his head injury in Sunday's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
