MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It’s no secret that the Miami Dolphins wanted to add a veteran wide receiver sometime this offseason.
It appears that the team has found their man.
The Dolphins have signed former Packers and Vikings receiver Greg Jennings to a 2-year contract worth $8 million, according to multiple reports.
Michael Crabtree, Wes Welker and Jennings had all been down to Miami’s facility in Davie for free agent meetings but neither was offered a contract at the time of their respective visits.
Jennings, who will turn 32 in September, played his best seasons under Dolphins coach Joe Philbin when he was the offensive coordinator in Green Bay.
