Dolphins sign Cleyon Laing

More From Editorials

In his three years with the Toronto Argonauts, Laing has registered 13 sacks in 38 games. It’s been reported that Laing received interest from two other teams including the Patriots but opted to sign with the Dolphins in part due to the presence of Ndamukong Suh and Cameron Wake.

Wake is 34 years old and coming off an Achille’s injury and it has been reported that the team and the agent for Wake are talking about a contract restructure. The Dolphins would have to pay Wak over $9.5 million if he is with the team in 2016 without a restructured deal.
