The Miami Dolphins have signed safety Bacarri Rambo, the team announced on Tuesday. The move provides depth to the position after the team lost Pro Bowl safety Reshad Jones to a rotator cuff tear last week.
Rambo started his NFL career as a sixth-round pick of the Washington Redskins in 2013. He played 11 games as a rookie, with three starts. He then began the 2014 season with Washington, playing in two games, before being waived. He was signed by the Buffalo Bills later in the 2014 season, making four appearances with the team. He also played the 2015 season in Buffalo, appearing in 15 games with eight starts.
