The Miami Dolphins and head coach Brian Flores will be hiring the team’s third offensive coordinator in as many years. Per Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, that hire could happen as early as this week, as the team is set to begin interviewing candidates in the coming days.
This marks and change in course for Brian Flores’ hiring process at the coordinator level. When Flores first took the job to be Miami’s head coach prior to the 2019 season, he already had former New England Patriots wide receivers coach Chad O’Shea lined up to call plays on offense.
