DAVIE, Fla. -- It’s been a whirlwind offseason for Miami Dolphins safety Michael Thomas. His adventures the past four months have taken him to the White House for an Easter community event and Hawaii as a representative for the NFLPA.
But Thomas' most impressive accomplishment this offseason will happen where he resides in South Florida. Thomas will complete a rare feat in the NFL: He will earn a master's degree in business administration from the University of Miami while still an active player. Thomas will graduate on July 1 and walk with the Hurricanes' Class of 2016 during their May 5 ceremony.
