DAVIE (CBSMiami) – After a busy day on Monday, the Miami Dolphins we’re back to work early on Tuesday.
The Dolphins have restructured tight end Jordan Cameron’s contract, freeing up more cap space after previously reworking Ndamukong Suh and Koa Misi’s deals.
Terms of the restructuring have not been made known as of yet, but Alex Marvez of Fox Sports is reporting that Cameron gave up $1.5 million of the $7.5 million he was due to make.
Cameron was entering the final year of a two-year deal worth $15 million, with a cap hit of $9.
